Most mentorship programs fail for the same reasons: no structure, no training for the mentors, and no way to tell whether anything is working. We design programs that survive past the first quarter.

What a designed program includes

What it produces

Stronger retention

Employees who have a mentor are meaningfully more likely to stay and to see a future at your organization.

A real talent pipeline

Succession stops being a spreadsheet exercise and becomes a group of people who have been actively developed.

Knowledge that stays

Institutional knowledge transfers from experienced staff before retirement rather than walking out the door with them.

How engagements work

Most organizations start with a design engagement that produces the full program package, then run the program internally with our support during the first cohort. We can also facilitate mentor and mentee training directly, virtually or on-site.
