Action Jackson Learning & Development LLC helps growing organizations turn learning into meaningful action.

The company was founded by Jennifer Jackson, an experienced learning and development professional with a master’s degree in adult organizational learning and leadership and a law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. That combination is unusual, and it is the reason clients bring us in: the training is legally sound and it is designed to actually change what people do.

Credentials

What we believe

Clarity

If people leave a session unsure what to do differently, the training failed regardless of how it was received.

Practicality

Every program is built around situations your people actually face, not composite examples from a stock course library.

Action

Learning should produce visible behavior change within weeks, not a completion certificate.

Empowerment

The goal is capability that stays with your organization after the engagement ends.

Who we partner with

We work with small and medium sized businesses, typically between 100 and 1,500 employees, that need high quality training without the cost of a full internal learning and development department. Clients come from healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and the nonprofit sector.

You work directly with Jennifer. There is no account manager between you and the person building and delivering your program.
